She’s a CPACC-certified accessibility professional and digital strategist with over 15 years of experience building and evaluating digital experiences. Her work sits at the intersection of usability, compliance, and performance—identifying where accessibility issues aren’t just technical gaps, but missed opportunities.

Nichole’s approach goes beyond checklists. She focuses on how real users navigate, where they get stuck, and what that friction costs a business in lost conversions, increased risk, and poor experience.

Before launching Gateway, she led digital initiatives and helped bring customer-facing platforms to life across enterprise and mid-market organizations. Today, she works directly with teams to translate accessibility from an abstract requirement into clear, actionable improvements.
